This once downtown warehouse turned venue elegantly mixes rich history with an industrial chic style. You’ll find brick walls, exposed ductwork, and a wooden accent wall that gives this space ample personality. An incredible venue to host any event or meeting.
Our most versatile rooms not only because of the design, it can also accommodate up to 325 people. Featuring large windows, white brick walls and tall ceilings with unlimited possibilities.
Most guest see this as one of our most unique spaces. The Superior room can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. The exposed historical brick, original elements of distressing and repurposed wooden boards all contribute to the uniqueness of this room.
Featuring our 360 Bar, the Erie Saloon can accommodate up to 125 people. Conveniently having direct access to our back patio makes for a perfect space to "socialize".
Located in the front of our building, a smaller intimate space accommodating up to 100 people. The restored polished concert floors and open floor plan, this can be easily used for meeting, ceremonies, presentations, hosting a class etc.
What use to be known as "Herman's Cabinet Shop" is now a beautifully preserved and properly restored building with an industrial twist that is like no other. With the modern large glass overhead doors that can open up onto a bistro lit patio, there is always a lasting impression made.
