Basic Package
RECEPTION AND COCKTAIL ACCOMMODATIONS
This is a non-traditional industrial style venue that can comfortably accommodate intimate receptions as well as great receptions of up to 250 guests. With the backdrop of an industrial building, this space can be easily transformed into that perfect reception style you want.
CUSTOMIZED FLOOR PLAN
We work with you to customize the perfect floor plan for your reception, with the placement of the five-foot round tables for guest seating and eight-foot banquet tables for head tables for your wedding party, cake and gifts. Included with your reception set-up are white or back folding chairs. White or black resin chairs,
oak cross-back chairs and Chiavari chairs are available for an additional fee.
ACCESS
On the day of your event, you are provided access to the Reception and Cocktail areas from 12 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.
Bronze Package
RECEPTION AND COCKTAIL ACCOMMODATIONS

BRIDAL LOUNGE
A private bridal lounge is available to the bride and her bridesmaids on the second floor. This is unique industrial space that has been converted into a comfortable lounge with plenty of space to relax and prepare for your special day. The lounge includes a kitchenette, a salon for hair and makeup and a full dressing room. Accommodates 20 guests comfortably.
On the day of your event, you are provided access to the Bridal Lounge for 4 hours before your event.
Silver Package
RECEPTION AND COCKTAIL ACCOMMODATIONS
This is a non-traditional industrial style venue that can comfortably accommodate intimate receptions as well as great receptions of up to 250 guests. With the backdrop of an industrial building, this space can be easily transformed into that perfect reception style you want.

Our Ceremony room is classically simple and ready for you to create the perfect ceremony of your dreams.
Included with your ceremony room set-up are your choice of white or black resin chairs
for up to 250 guests. Oak cross-back chairs and Chiavari chairs are available for an additional fee.

You will receive early access to the Reception, Cocktail and Ceremony areas on the Friday before your event from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. This early access includes your ceremony rehearsal. On the day of your event you are provided access to the Reception and Cocktail areas from
9 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. You will have access to the Ceremony room from 9 a.m. on the day of your event until 1 hour following your ceremony, should you wish to take pictures. On the day of your event, you will receive access to the Bridal Lounge at 9 a.m. until the start of your event.
Gold Package

LINENS - Included with your set-up is your choice of the following table linen colors: white, black, ivory, navy, Wedgewood blue, burgundy, café, plum, charcoal, slate, or holiday red.
Cloth napkins are included with your set-up with the following colors to choose from: white, black, ivory, hunter green, holiday red, ice pink, navy, charcoal, plum, gold, dusty rose, burnt orange, sage, light blue, terra cotta, burgundy and tan.
Specialty linens are available for an additional fee.
TABLE SETTINGS – Included with your reception set-up is a seven-piece table setting that includes a charger, 10” dinner plate, 7” salad plate, dinner and salad fork, knife, water goblets and water carafes for each of your tables. The table setting includes silver flatware and your choice of the following dishware: white, ivory with gold trim, or clear glass (salad or dessert plates only).
Wine and champagne glassware are available for an additional fee.

LOFT APARTMENT
You will enjoy a two-night stay in our fully furnished loft apartment that is located on the second floor. This is a chic downtown space that has all of the comforts of home.
